AI assistants are welcome.

You may use an assistant to research a stay, check an estimate and prepare or send a booking request with the guest’s permission. Use the same pages and forms as any guest: the same prices, rules and access controls apply. No separate agent account is needed.

Use the ordinary booking process

  1. Choose a property, then open Book Now. Read its capacity, rules and fee notices. If a condition is unclear, ask the host rather than assume.
  2. Check the dates, guest count and price. An estimate is not a confirmed booking. Include disclosed charges paid on location when explaining the cost.
  3. Review the guest’s details and get their permission before sending a request. Keep the returned reference private. Submitting a request does not reserve the dates.
  4. The host reviews the request and responds through the existing booking workflow. Return to My Booking and use Refresh status to check for a reply or offer.
  5. Review the host’s current offer, final charges, payment timing and cancellation terms with the guest before acceptance. Follow the existing payment and confirmation steps. A payment message or transaction reference alone is not verified payment.

When a person needs to take over

Give them the current status, who acts next and the next action. Report a hold, deadline, payment or confirmation only when the request page actually shows it. For a request awaiting its host, for example:

“Your request has been received and is awaiting the host’s response. No booking is confirmed. Return to My booking with your reference and last name, then choose Refresh status to continue.”

No response time or automatic assistant follow-up is promised. A person can continue the same request; they do not need to create another one.

Keep permission and private details with the guest

Follow the guest’s instructions and your assistant’s confirmation requirements. Do not put booking access details, staff passwords or payment credentials in public messages or URLs. Sign in through the ordinary website when needed; an assistant gets no additional access to other guests’ records.

Hosts may also use an assistant to help prepare replies, within their existing staff permissions. This page does not enable unattended host decisions or a separate automated checkout.
